These Terms of Service govern your use of Tailoo. By downloading, accessing, or using Tailoo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

About Tailoo

Tailoo is a pet health journal and routine management app. It helps users record pet food, medication, symptoms, habits, body status, schedules, photos, and lab report information.

Eligibility

You are responsible for any information you enter about yourself or your pets.

User Content

You retain ownership of pet records, photos, notes, uploaded files, and other content you provide. You grant Tailoo permission to process that content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the app.

Subscriptions

Tailoo may offer Freemium and Premium plans. Premium is intended to be purchased through Apple App Store in‑app purchase. App Store subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to Apple's rules. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse Tailoo, upload unlawful content, interfere with the app, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or use Tailoo in a way that harms other users, animals, systems, or third‑party rights.

Health Information

Tailoo is for record keeping and health reference only. It is not veterinary advice and cannot replace professional care. You remain responsible for decisions about your pet's diet, medication, treatment, and safety.

Third‑Party Services and Links

Tailoo may link to brand websites, Apple services such as iCloud and the App Store, support tools, or other third‑party resources. Tailoo is not responsible for third‑party content, policies, pricing, availability, or product formula changes.

Service Changes

Tailoo may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, or availability when needed for product, security, legal, or operational reasons.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tailoo is provided as is and as available. Tailoo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, missed reminders, inaccurate entries, health decisions, or reliance on analysis.
