Deleting your data
Tailoo does not need an account. In the app, go to Profile → Data and Privacy → Delete all data to permanently delete everything on this phone and in your iCloud backup.
New phone or reinstall
Premium backs up to your iCloud automatically: sign in to the same Apple ID on the new phone, open Tailoo, and your data comes back. On any plan you can export a backup file from Profile → Data and Backup and import it on the new phone.
Medical note. Tailoo is a pet record‑keeping and care‑routine app. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, prescriptions, medication dosage decisions, or medical procedures. If your pet has urgent symptoms, contact a veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately.
