Privacy Policy

Tailoo is a pet health journal and care‑routine app. This Privacy Policy explains how Tailoo may collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the app.

Information We Collect

Tailoo does not require an account, and the developer does not collect your personal information. Pet information you choose to enter — pet name, species, breed, age, photos, health goals, daily logs, schedules, medication notes, food preferences, and lab report files — stays on your device, and Premium also backs it up to your own iCloud.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Pet and record data is stored on your device. Premium automatically backs it up to your own iCloud (Apple's CloudKit private database), readable only by devices signed in to the same Apple ID; the Tailoo developer cannot access it. On any plan you can export a backup file at any time and keep it yourself.

How We Use Information

Tailoo uses your information to provide pet care journaling, schedule reminders, health reference summaries, food analysis, export tools, support, and subscription access. Tailoo does not sell your personal information.

Photos and Files

Pet photos and uploaded lab reports are used only to support the features you choose. When Tailoo uses cloud processing or third‑party services, that processing is limited to operating the app features described in this policy.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Tailoo may use notification permissions to remind you about feeding, medication, grooming, vet visits, or other routines.

Third‑Party Services

Tailoo uses Apple services only: iCloud (data backup) and the App Store (subscriptions). Tailoo does not use third‑party sign‑in, analytics, or advertising services, and does not send your pet or record data to the developer's servers.

Tailoo does not currently use third‑party analytics or advertising SDKs and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy details before enabling it.

Data Retention and Deletion

Tailoo does not keep your data on the developer's servers; it stays on your device and in your own iCloud for as long as you choose.

You can delete all data at any time in the app: open Profile → Data and Privacy → Delete all data. This permanently removes pet, health, and record data from this device and from your iCloud backup. Backup files you exported and saved yourself are outside Tailoo's control; please delete them yourself. The account system used in version 1.0 has been retired; for questions, email Tailooapp@gmail.com.

Security

Tailoo uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No mobile app or internet service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

Children

Tailoo is intended for users who can lawfully use the app in their region. If a minor uses Tailoo, a parent or guardian should review and consent to use.
