Archive 是收藏紀錄與整理 App,可協助你記錄收藏、照片、地點、價格、故事、願望清單、收納位置、QR Code、月曆、地圖、分析、分享圖與保養提醒。Archive is a collection record and organization app that helps you record treasures, photos, locations, prices, stories, wishlists, storage locations, QR codes, calendars, maps, analytics, share images, and maintenance reminders.
你需自行負責你輸入、匯出或分享的內容,以及自行保存匯出的備份檔。You are responsible for content you enter, export, or share, and for keeping any backup files you export.
你保留對收藏照片、筆記、標籤、願望清單、備份與其他內容的權利。這些內容存在你的裝置與你自己的 iCloud,Archive 只在 App 功能所需範圍內於本機處理它們。You retain rights to collection photos, notes, tags, wishlist items, backups, and other content. This content lives on your device and in your own iCloud; Archive processes it on-device only as needed for app features.
Archive 提供免費版與 Premium 功能。Premium 為自動續訂訂閱,透過 Apple App Store 內購購買:訂閱會自動續訂,除非在目前訂閱期結束前至少 24 小時取消;費用將於確認購買時由你的 Apple ID 帳戶扣款,可於系統「設定」的帳戶管理中關閉自動續訂。付款、續訂、取消與退款依 Apple 規則處理。Archive offers Free and Premium features. Premium is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple App Store in-app purchase: it renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple ID account is charged upon confirmation of purchase, and auto-renewal can be turned off in your device Settings account management. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled according to Apple's rules.
請勿濫用 Archive、上傳違法或侵權內容、干擾服務、嘗試未授權存取、逆向工程受限制部分,或以傷害他人、系統、第三方權利或 Archive 服務的方式使用 App。Do not misuse Archive, upload unlawful or infringing content, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted parts, or use the app in a way that harms others, systems, third-party rights, or Archive.
Archive 不代替你的收藏鑑定、保存、交易、保險、稅務或法律判斷。若你根據 App 內資料購買、出售、交換、保養或處置物品,相關決策與結果由你自行負責。Archive does not replace your own decisions about authentication, preservation, transactions, insurance, taxes, or legal matters. If you buy, sell, trade, maintain, or dispose of items based on app data, you are responsible for those decisions and outcomes.
Archive 使用 Apple 的服務(App Store 內購、iCloud、地圖)以及系統的相簿、分享與列印功能;你從 App 開啟的外部網站(例如社群平台)由該網站負責。Archive 不負責第三方內容、政策、價格、可用性或服務變更。Archive uses Apple services (App Store in-app purchases, iCloud, and Maps) and system features such as the photo library, sharing, and printing; external websites you open from the app, such as social platforms, are the responsibility of those sites. Archive is not responsible for third-party content, policies, pricing, availability, or service changes.
Archive 可能因產品、安全、法律或營運需求修改、暫停或終止功能、方案或可用性。若你違反條款或造成安全、法律或營運風險,Archive 可限制、暫停或終止你對部分功能或服務的使用。Archive may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, or availability for product, security, legal, or operational reasons. If you violate these Terms or create security, legal, or operational risk, Archive may limit, suspend, or terminate your access to some features or services.
在法律允許最大範圍內,Archive 對資料遺失、錯過提醒、估值不準、備份差異、收藏處置、交易結果或依賴 App 資訊造成的間接或衍生損害不承擔責任。To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from data loss, missed reminders, inaccurate valuations, backup differences, collection disposition, transaction outcomes, or reliance on app information.
